• Driving Instructions - Exit 193 off 75, follow signs to Venice (Jacaranda Rd) second light, Venice Ave. take right. Before you hit 41, Bay Indies has a sign on the right. Go in and stay strait, follow the signs to the office. When you see the second lake with a water fall in it, take a left directly at the water fall, that would be Orinoco West, drive almost to the end on the write, you see this home will all the brick work and new screens. Map Quest can also give you other options.
• Additional Location Information - The beaches are so great, there are so many shells and shark teeth, one of my favorite places is Sharkies, a nice place to eat on the ocean and there is a new fishing peer that is also free. I love how clean the city is and the fun music festivals going on. There are places to dance not far and a few minutes to Wallmart and Home depot. • Community Amenities - 3 club houses, 3 heated pools and spa’s, horse shoes, new work out room, exercise classes, art classes, all kinds of activity going on like plays, nice piano, dinners, balls, etc.
• Community Restrictions - Small dogs are fine but must be on a leash, cats are also ok but in the house. It is a 55 + community but 20% of the people can be 18 or younger. You can have younger guests for 2 weeks.
• Other Community Information - Best community for 7 years in a row, I’m not sure if they received it last year but it is a great community with great people from all over sharing new food and jokes. My neighbor beside me allows me to borrow anything I don’t have and even helps me. They also call me to let me know if there is a problem. The man across me is a builder and very friendly, I can ask him special building questions, he has done so much work on his house.
