Riverchase Homes in Haleyville, Alabama was purchased by Cavalier Homes
Inc. in January 1996.

At
the time Cavalier Homes, Inc.
acquired Riverchase Homes, Riverchase was building from 12 X 37 Park
Models and 16 X 80 single wides, up to 28 X 80 multi-sections.

With
new management and an incorporated Cavalier philosophy, Riverchase began a
transition immediately into the higher price range single and
multi-section homes built to fit the customers’ needs and requirements.

The
Riverchase Home division currently builds 32 wide multi-section homes for
the central division of Cavalier Homes, Inc. and employs 150 workers who
have produced over 4800 homes.
