Bought in August 2005. Has been smoked in but only occupied by my mother so it has been taken care of. Must be moved at buyers expense. Partially furnished including a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, small kitchen table and 3 chairs, recliner, computer desk, large metal desk, older queen size bed with mattress and box springs, older dresser with mirror. Need to sale as we are having to move my mother in with us!
