Really affordable lake camp in the Ramsey Point Community near Monticello. Great fishing camp. Come down, go out on the boat, come back play some cards, grill out. Do it over in the morning. It does generate some good rental income, $650/wk. $350/wkend. It's getting new flooring either carpet or laminate wood flooring. You could pick. Ramp right down the hill for easy lake access. Sunset lake view from the front deck to relax on during the summer evenings.
