Very well maintained manufactured home with 3 beds and 2 baths. The home has a ramp, covered front porch, side porch and detached metal carport. The master bath has separate tub and shower and his/hers closets. Den has a fireplace with gas logs (tank leased). All kitchen appliances are included plus the washer/dryer. Most window treatments remain however a couple are sentimental and do not convey. Roof was replaced approx. 7 - 8 years ago, unsure of the date. The HVAC system is on a yearly service agreement. The home is on a termite bond so it is checked routinely with no problems noted. The crawl space has a vapor barrier.
