The mobile home that I listed with your web site closed. The sale was to the 2nd person that called who found the description directly while searching the web. I placed many ads in our local newspaper with your site for interested parties to look up.  This was especially helpful to me as I live 10 miles north of the mobile home. I have no count of those who checked it out and knew immediately that it was not for them, but those who liked what they saw would then arrange to view the property personally. ( Many people made a point of complimenting the display at MOBILEHOME.NET ! ).  Although I had many potential buyers from local people reading our local paper, the man who finally bought my mobile home was renting south of San Francisco where fog is very prevalent. He will now enjoy warm afternoon's and weekend in the sun and the chance to own a pet and be able to make changes--like building a deck or even putting up shelves the he wasn't allowed to do previously. Some really good news.  About 4 days after the photos were on the internet, a lady, who had read one of my ads where I referred to MOBILEHOME.NET in the L.A. Times, made me an offer and we accepted.

The format of your site, especially the photos, really did sell the place.  I got some hits on the site unsolicited, but if you tell your advertisers to run ads in newspapers mentioning your site as a place for them to see pictures of their home, it's a really powerful sales tool.  I was able to tell people in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix that they could see pictures of the home on the computer; and for those who didn't have computers, (many seniors don't),  I told them to go to their library or a Kinko's Copy Center where they could access the pictures.   I was able to show the place without leaving my home here in Los Angeles - Glen W
