This community is conveniently located near local shopping areas. Enjoy the Souris River which runs along the edge of the community. There is even a local golf course, called the Souris Valley Gold Course as well as a nearby Zoo, Roosevelt Park Zoo.

If you have visitors from out of town or even out of state there is also a local airport, the Minot International Airport as well as plenty of local hotels and places for guests to stay.
