Lot rent $450/month (includes garbage). Each lot is metered for water and power. Water is billed back to the residents by the park. You need to have the power initiated in your name.

The park is quiet, safe, and well-maintained by on-site management. All ages community. We do background check and verify income. $40 non-refundable application fee. No evictions/felonies. Dogs under 30 lbs are welcome (except aggressive breeds) with a maximum of 1 dog per household.

The park is 35 min from Orlando International Airport. Many top brand restaurants and stores in the area. Everything you would need is available in this area.
