This is a nice older mobile home with a great location in Mountain Shadows Court, Spearfish. The owner has kept it up very well. The exterior was painted in 2017. He did some remodeling and fixed up the front wall in the living room in 2017. Most of the windows in the home are vinyl. There were 3 new vinyl windows added in 20 17. The rest of the vinyl windows look to be fairly new. He put in a nice lawn in 2013 and it still looks very nice. He extended the furnace pipe and sewer pipe in 2013. He put in a new heat tape and insulation around the pipes 3 years ago. This is a very well maintained older mobile home that should be nearly maintenance free.
