Mobile Home Description

This home is an almost identical floor plan as my last listing in Rancho that I closed last month space number 131. There are some differences in that this home has wood laminate floors in the family room area, it does not have a sunken living room the living room, the hallway coming from the carport has a washer and dryer and utility room unlike the other home, and the master in the master bathroom there's actually a tub and a shower combo not to mention the covered porch that is on the front side of the house. The air conditioner and the furnace run great. There is evidence of a prior Roofing issue in the master but the current seller has informed me that she replaced the roof shortly after she bought the home several years ago.
Without a doubt there is certainly going to be some work that you're going to need to do in order to make this home your own and that's really across the board with any used home that you buy. You will need to get the home inspected and then after the inspection you'll have a pretty clear idea of the working order and the conditions structurally of the home. The home that I am comparing this one to was listed at 79000 and closed at less than that which we can talk about when were in the house.
