Mobile Home Description

You have seen advertisements for "better than new" and this home is an actual example. 2014 Goldenwest full front porch and front entry home that was delivered built and delivered some 10 days before it would have been considered a 2015 home. I know this because I was the company and agent who sold it and then oversaw the custom installation.

It has nearly every upgrade offered at that time like granite counters, 9 foot high flat ceilings, coffered ceilings with can lighting, a glamor bath package which included a huge tub WITH a large stall shower and a walk-in closet. The insulation in the entire home was upgraded, the windows were upgraded, the air conditioning that today would mean no microwave above the upgraded stainless stove is present and so is the stove. Lets give you some more, the carport is 12 feet wide and long enough for 4 cars (incase your guests fill up guest parking across the street in front of the clubhouse), the entire portion on the other side of the home has been appointed with upgraded faux grass front to back. There have been water taps installed in front and rear, the home has an actual water softener that is yours instead of renting someone else's, and the utility room even has a sink in it.

I want you to look around in other parts of orange county and you will see not only most of the space rents in nice SENIOR parks above $1000 per month but you will also see homes considerably less appointed offered for considerably more money. The folks who own this home come from a different place and have not only loved and appreciated and taken great pride in living in this home, but they have done the same with living in this country.
