Private at end of road. Maybe a good investment for rentals. Property has extra septic & power pole could possibly put another mobile home there. Seller has never lived in home and is selling "as is" with no warranties given for mobile home. Land is pretty and neighbors are nice. Seller does not have knowledge about extra septic but it passed septic inspection when he purchased property a year ago.
