The bonus room in the Brookshire model is fantastic. In addition to its generous size, features include durable linoleum flooring, plumb & wire for appliances, 40-gallon electric water heater, guest closet, freezer space option, and the holy grail of laundry aficionados, a large corner storage closet for stashing brooms, mops, dusters and the like. The rest of the house is pretty darn great too, note the giant master bath and capacious master closet with open shelf shoe cabinet.
