Straightforward pricing. $199,000.00 will include set up and delivery, installation, space cost, and installation of outside accessories. This price includes $10,000 in factory options to upgrade the inside of your home. This price also includes $20,000 in outside accessories which can include air conditioner, steps, brick work, pouring your driveway, shed, anything on the outside of the home. We will discuss the inside and the outside during the process and you will be aware of all of the costs. If you want to really deck out your new home then any costs over and above the allocated funds will be added on to the sales price of the home. That way you have control.
disclaimer: my last two new home customers also had this program and both of the homes were above the advertised price. There are no hidden costs. pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE: taxes on some of the outside accessories (typically $700-1300). escrow fees ($500), and titling ($186). This pricing is designed to be as low as possible and could be done at this price with the allocated amounts. I will show you examples of previous new homes and tell you what was what.
