This is a very cheap way to live in Stillwater, OK. It has 2 bedrooms and a 3rd upstairs 1/2 bedroom with built in bed & dressers. Master bedroom has built in dressers with lots of storage & mirrors. It has one full bathroom and the second has a shower, sink, and storage space. It needs a new toilet. It has carpet throughout. Most of it is in decent condition. It has solid wood floors underneath, not pressboard. There is a working garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, and a dishwasher that needs repair. There are several upgrades throughout the home on the faucets, shower doors, & light fixtures. The yard has been fenced and has a large storage shed that will come with the mobile home.

Since this is an older home, it does need some work.
