One owner very nice 2001 Oakwood 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home bought new in 2005. Front door opens into a foyer w. big open area into living room and kitchen/dining area. On one end the master bedroom with walk through closet (2 doors) and master bathroom with garden tub/ stand-up shower and 2 sinks. On the other end 2nd bathroom which also connects to the washer/dryer room and door that opens up to outside. Two bedroom on that end also. Kitchen has lots of cabinet space. Really hate to depart from it but need to move closer to work.

New wood floor put in master bedroom and also having remaining matching wood floor for living and dining room.
