This mobile home needs some work but could be made livable again and would make a great investment property. The lot also has 3 additional pads for mobile homes and once had more mobile homes on it, but it is not known if more mobile homes could be put back on the property. The front porch is not save to walk on, so it is OK to drive by it, but DO NOT go onto the property without being accompanied by the listing agent.
